I am (perhaps hopelessly) determined to do creative things tonight. I want to work in the book John gave me, the beautiful glow in the dark book he handmade for me for Christmas.
I don't know how to draw the way I want, though.
I don't want him to look at it some day and think that I could have done better.

Wow, that's quite a perfectionist streak ya got running there.
Well, to predict the future or reading people's minds are both folly, so go ahead and draw. If you want to wait until you have found the right project for the book, that's fine too.
